What CertPractice is
CertPractice offers original practice questions for Microsoft certification exams, written against Microsoft's published skills outlines. It is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft. The questions are not taken from real exams, and using this site does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.
Your account
Accounts are for one person. Please don't share your sign-in or resell access. We may suspend accounts that are shared or misused.
Purchases
Unlocking an exam gives your account access to that exam's full question bank for 30 days from the date of purchase. Your account page shows the date your access ends. Buying the same exam again while your access is active adds another 30 days to the end date. Access isn't renewed automatically, so you're never charged again unless you choose to buy.
Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Refunds: access starts as soon as your payment goes through, so purchases are non-refundable once an exam is unlocked. Please try the 10 free questions first to see if the questions suit you. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live. If you were charged twice or by mistake, email us and we'll put it right.
Content
The questions and explanations are our own work. You may use them for your personal study only. Copying, screenshotting, recording, printing, publishing or sharing questions, answers or explanations is not allowed. We may suspend accounts whose content is shared. We work to keep the content accurate and current, but it may contain mistakes. If you spot one, let us know.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
